Time for a little spring cleaning!
With spring at hand we all need to take a good look at our kitchens and clean up any winter grime still around. If you can, it is a good time to pull the equipment outside and give your kitchen that good scrubbing where you can’t see & get to every day. And of course since the equipment is already outside, why not scrub it down as well. Give your DSR or the Chem & Bev dept a call and let us help you determine what products you need to cut that grease, shine that stainless steel, and make your restaurant as fresh as the spring air.
